Leek & Garlic Pesto




HOW BEST TO USE: To make pesto, mix 1/2 contents of jar with 1/2 cup Water, 1/3 cup Olive Oil, and 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional).  Let stand 15 minutes or warm in microwave.  Toss with pasta, spread on pizza or bruschetta.  Accompany grilled chicken or fish.  To make a dip, mix contents of 1/2 jar with 2/3 cup mayonnaise & 2/3 cup sour cream.  Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
